Hi there, thanks for stopping by! My name is Ayla Brown and I’m the owner of Beyond the Barn Rentals. I’d love to tell you a little bit about myself and how I came to create my beloved business!

My journey truly started when I was younger. I always had a love for vintage items, even when I was a child. I would visit my Nana in Ohio and ship home all kinds of vintage dishes and other treasures that I found in old barns or yard sales. The “picking gene” is big in my family and to me, it was like finding gold!

After I got married I really fell in love with the wedding industry and the endless possibilities of cool DIY projects. I knew I had to have a piece of the pie, but I wasn’t sure exactly how. Luckily, I had the opportunity to take a trip across the country where I got to tear down a barn! I fell in love with all the history and the beauty of the old wood. I saw this as an opportunity to combine my passion for this wood and love for the wedding industry and bring something to the table I knew people needed.

2015 was a big year of change for me, so I decided to follow my heart and create my place in the wedding events world. Through dedication and perseverance, Beyond the Barn Rentals came to life.

I’ve taken my supply of barn wood and created beautiful, one-of-a-kind tables for you to use at your special event. I’ve also extended my collection to chairs, benches, and other treasured vintage items so you can find everything you need for your eclectic rustic event in one place. My wish is that these vintage pieces bring you as much joy, happiness, and beauty to your event as they have to my heart!
